Why is it always Earth?

Why is it always so crowded?

Who knows this place? What is expected besides rampant capitalism and hordes of people-- this I have noticed already.

It is so arid here-- at least not so hot as it might be but so unpleasant.

And I'm not very fond of the general atmosphere.

More steeped in a capitalist culture of scarcity and desire than even Paris-- which was an appalling first exposure in itself.

I found it a lot more tolerable. [He doesn't mind the capitalism as much. But Paris was pretty restaurants and nice shopping and comfortable hotel rooms. Vegas has started with a headache, atrocious clothing and people thinking his robes look funny.]

I doubt that I will ever be comfortable on Earth. It is simply too far removed from what I know.

Oh, in a few millennia perhaps. But of course, it's be preferable if that weren't necessary.
