It's not a dysfuntion, it is, in effect, a sexual preference. There's nothing wrong with it, it's simply how it is. As John would say, it's all all right. We don't have to restrict ourselves to a simple binary system of yes now, male, female and so on, humanity is more complex than that... and more interesting, I should think.
