"Vasilia, we really need to get you to the infirmary. You're extremely ill, and we'll put you into a sort of clean room so that the air is filtered. You need round the clock care. At the moment you have an extremely high fever, and you're dehydrated. We need to get you some serious treatment."
Already she was rummaging into her bag, pulling out two ice packs. Fevers that high were likely to boil her brain in her skull. A little bit more of rummaging, and Martha took out an IV kit.
