Martha entered the room quickly, and she shut the door behind her as soon as she could. Right now, she was hoping that the Admiral had engaged some sort of filter system in Vasilia's room so that the woman would have some protection, but she somehow doubted it. Martha made a mental note to ask about it later.
With a little smile, Martha walked over to the woman, but she didn't extend her hand as she normally would. The last thing that Martha wanted to do to an immunocompromised person was compromise their immune system even further.
"Hello, Vasilia. I'm Martha, I'm going to try and help you, alright. I'm going to run this scanner over you, to tell me what you've got going. It won't hurt, I promise."
